If you would look at any other industry they would take the most highly qualified person for the job and put them in the appropriate department. This is not what happens is network marketing.
Many time we don’t care what type of skills a person has we are just so happy joined our business. In network marketing no matter what type of back ground or skills you have everyone goes into sales.
In every business in the world you have at least 3 positions in business #1 Owner #2 Management #3 Labor. People think network marketing different it is no different. In many cases all 3 of these positions is you.
The book E-Myths says if you can’t hire anyone to fill these spots why not find business partners. I suggest these partners be your friends and family not that you recruit but that you invite to be partners with you.
You can also seek sales prefeesion these are professional sales people who are already master sales people. Since these people live on commssion and only want commssion you can offer a possition with you. I would not start at recruiting them into your company. Watch today’s video for more details.
